  • Food bank;
  • Own personnel;
  • Food for animals.

Rules trade mark products

The rules for trade mark products must also be taken into account for this residual flow. All trade marks must be removed from the packaging, unless there is approval from the owner of the brand. Residual flow must also be included in the HACCP study and the associated control measures. The residual flow must be stored separately from the waste and must be treated in accordance with the relevant legislation.
