Role Forwarder

A forwarder has the following tasks, authorisations, and :

  • Responsible for warehouse operations, incoming goods, layout and , and outgoing goods.
  • Completing all correctly.
  • Tasks are acceptance and of incoming goods, warehouse , , best before date, hygiene, and control of outgoing goods.
  • Authority to refuse incoming goods when they do not meet , remove from the warehouse (expiration date), and quarantine outgoing products.

This is replaceable by the manager and the cooking/preparation employee.

Job descriptions have been communicated to all . The employee indicates via signature that he/she has received, explained, and understood the job and that a copy of the job description is secured in the relevant file.
