Education Plan: What should be included in the plan?

Purpose: Education plan

Every employee is trained. The following training and education are important for the various functions.

The following must be recorded for each position:

• Function
• Necessary languages
• Global training content
• Frequency
• Assigned trainer
• Evaluation method

Every training given must be registered. Every employee must sign for training received.
