The production manager and technical service has the following tasks, authorizations, and responsibilities:

Responsible for the entire production, from incoming goods to outgoing goods.
Completing all registration lists correctly. Keeping production materials and resources in good condition.
Tasks are to manage the entire production and control aspects such as general food safety and hygiene, metal detection, and all registrations.
Authorization to quarantine every process and product when it doesn’t meet food safety requirements.
Completing the registration lists correctly. To change or repair production materials and resources.
The production manager and technical service are replaceable by a forwarder and a cooking / preparation employee.
