What happens at a building technology inspection?

Purpose:

Checking of the structural engineering condition 

Implementation:

In addition to performing the annual check of the prerequisite program, the structural condition of the company is checked. 

Check the structural condition as indicated in the patrol. 

Actions by abnormalities:

Depending on their size, abnormalities in the structural condition must corrected as quickly as possible. However, because this often entails investment costs, decision making always rests with management. 

The management assessed when, how, and with what resources the abnormality can be removed and of course in what timeframe.

Abnormalities that present a hazard must be repaired immediately. By such abnormalities, the area or object is immediately quarantined. After repair, the area is cleared.
