Our quality assurance system is assessed in many different ways:
• internal audits;
• external audits;
• management reviews;
In addition to the assessment, various checks take place for the process and the product.
All this to guarantee that the food safety and quality of our product are good.
As a company, we do not only want to operate ad hoc but also actually learn from our mistakes and opportunities to further improve ourselves.
In addition to taking corrective measures and improving the quality system, we also look at the effectiveness of:
• corrective measures are taken;
• education and training;
• process adjustments;
• product optimization.
The resolution of imperfections takes place within the agreed timeframe. This applies to internal audits, external audits, other shortcomings, and deviations found.
All this is naturally included in the management review. From here we can look at how we can improve further and take preventative action.
The culture within our company largely determines people's behaviour. Conversely, events and the weight attached to them influence the company's culture. With our policy, we strive for a positive quality culture of continuous improvement and a high degree of quality awareness. We try to achieve this through, among other things:
